I offer massage therapy, Reiki, and yoga classes at Joy of Yoga in located at 8918 Manchester Road, St. Louis, MO, 63144. Scheduling is handled through the studio’s Mindbody system. Use the links below to view availability and book your session or reserve a class spot. But, if you’re old school you can always call/text me at 314-496-2833 to set up a massage appointment.

Massage Therapy Appointments
Massage sessions are available by appointment during the following hours:
Monday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday & Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM (single appointment)
All sessions are held at Joy of Yoga, 8918 Manchester Road, St. Louis, MO 63144.

Join me for a weekly yoga class every Sunday from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Joy of Yoga.
